My wife is a makeup artist. I created a web site for her. I used Google Sites, which isn't bad. It is geared towards WYSISYG editor, and it is obvious that they share the backend with Google Docs. It lends itself to a wiki, but I was able to customize it and make it look really simple and elegant. It only took a few minutes to get used to it, and Google-ing around for answers to my questions was helpful.
